ISRAELI OCCUPIED GAZA, 22 Nov. - (ANA) - The Palestinian education mnisitry said Thursday that more than 19,000 schoolchildren were killed and around 28,000 others wounded during "Israeli genocide war" on the Gaza Strip.

 

"On World Children’s Day, Palestine stands remembering its children — particularly the children of Gaza — who paid a heavy price as a result of the genocide war that claimed their lives, education, and dreams," the ministry said.

 

The ministry added that the war also led to the destruction of hundreds of schools, kindergartens, nurseries, centres, and playgrounds, either completely or partially, resulting in an "unprecedented educational catastrophe" in the Strip.   - (ANA) -
