 Trump gives Hamas 4 days to respond to Gaza plan
WASHINGTON, 30 Sept. - (ANA) - US President Donald Trump said he is giving Hamas three to four days to respond to his Gaza ceasefire proposal.
Speaking to reporters as he left the White House, Trump noted that Israeli and Arab leaders had already accepted the plan, adding: “We’re just waiting for Hamas.”
42 dead in latest Israeli strikes as Gaza toll climbs
At least 42 Palestinians, including five people seeking aid, have been killed and 190 others wounded in Israeli attacks across Gaza over the past 24 hours, according to the territory’s Health Ministry.
Al Jazeera Arabic, citing a source at al-Ahli Arab Hospital, reported that four Palestinians were killed in an Israeli strike on the Zeitoun neighbourhood of Gaza City on Tuesday.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel’s war on Gaza has killed 66,097 Palestinians and injured 168,536, the ministry said on Telegram. - (ANA) -
